Abstract
Ghulam Abbas is one of the prominent story writers of modern Urdu
fiction. He is known for his perfection in technique and narration of the
story. However, in author's point of view, his characterization is the most
important feature of his fiction which is the distinction of his works. He
picks his characters from common people and explore their distinction in
life as well as in their class. Various aspects of characterization of Ghulam
Abbas have been discussed in the article.
